Sexy Sits “permanently suspended” on Twitter/X – But why?

A couple of days into Twitter/X’s self-proclaimed bot and “AI-powered spam purge“, the human-only @SexySits account was “permanently suspended”. Greeted only with a vague “Your account is suspended” notification that contained a link to a list of “X Rules” with short descriptions- none of which the Sexy Sits account seemed to violate. Luckily, the notice also contained a link to submit an appeal. Maybe Sexy Sits wouldn’t be permanently suspended after all but no timetable was given for a response.

The @SexySits account was registered in 2017, when Twitter was still Twitter. Since then, the Sexy Sits account had tweeted only 554 times, averaging about one post every six days. Every post was either manually posted in real-time or manually scheduled for a delayed posting. Sexy Sits had never even used the automated sales brags that sites like Clips4Sale, LoyalFans and iWantClips all use to regularly spam- which Twitter/X still allows.

When Elon met Nikita

So why is this even happening? Articles are starting to point the finger at X’s latest Head of Product, a man named Nikita Bier. Nikita was hired by Elon Musk around June/July 2025. Ironically, he was brought on to utilize artificial intelligence(specifically using Grok AI) in order to create “hyper-relevant”(their words) timelines for “younger users”. Meanwhile most of these social media companies are under fire globally for making their algorithms too addicting to children, even though all of these social networks were started by adults for other adults.

Likely the first jewel in Nikita Bier’s resume that caught Elon Musk’s attention was a social media app created for high schoolers called “tbh”. The app came out in August 2017 and hit #1 by early-October. The company was acquired by Facebook/Meta by October 16th, just six weeks into its existence. BuzzFeed news would later find that Nikita Bier’s company had used Instagram to stalk teenagers. They would target teenagers from specific schools and “play to their curiosity”, not unlike a child predator. Nikita Bier’s company also made sure to schedule their messages in order to be seen at the end of the school day. All of this was in order to get the teens to download and use his app, tbh.

Nikita’s new idea sounds like his old idea

Five years later(August 2022) Nikita came up with a new app that turned out to be a lot like the old app. Initially called Melt and then Crush, the Gas app was once again targeted toward high schoolers. The adult men that developed the app changed the name so many times because it took time to land on something that was actually relevant to Generation Z children. The name Gas was derived from the Gen Z slang term “gassing someone up” which implies giving compliments to someone.

One of the unique features of the Gas app was that it polled its teenage users with flirty questions about their personal lives. The results of these polls would then be revealed to participants but the identities were kept anonymous. That is, unless someone paid for “God Mode” for the monthly subscription price of $6.99. If a user, teenage or otherwise, paid the monthly fee, they could view hints about which users participated in the polls and what they selected.

The flirtatious poll questions were created by Gas’s adult staff members. Questions like “I’d say yes if [blank] asked me out” and “[blank] could make an ugly face and still look pretty” to “Mamma mia, [blank] is hot” and “I secretly admire [blank]”. Winners of these polls would receive a little flame badge in their profile. The Gas app required location tracking and access to the user’s contacts for “full functionality”. High school name and gender were also required, even though law enforcement advises school children to avoid linking their schools with their online identities, due to online predators.

Just a few weeks into its existence, the Gas app would go on to receive accusations concerning sex trafficking. Some believed the app made it too easy to possibly target vulnerable users, though sex trafficking crimes were never prosecuted. Gas quickly overtook TikTok on the Apple App Store and the app would later be acquired by Discord. So what does Elon Musk get from Nikita Bier?

Nikita Bier brags about selling his child-tracking apps for tens of millions of dollars- can’t be bothered to purchase $175 photograph of his woman.

Nikita Bier knows children

Both tbh and Gas were released in August of their respective years and within six weeks topped the Apple App Store. The August-October time-frame is also when students go back to school. Both apps relied on using other social networks to influence high schoolers into downloading Nikita’s apps. Nikita Bier clearly took time to figure out how to target young audiences and that must be why Elon Musk has selected him to help head X.com. Twitter/X is doing this in order to fulfill Musk’s dream of X becoming some sort of an “Everything App” that ultimately acts to funnel even more money and influence his way.

Twitter/X responds to SexySits’ appeal

elon musk illegal services permanently suspended
I wonder what X.com considers “illegal or certain regulated goods or services”?

The response from Twitter/X came reasonably quick but was anything but reasonable. The X Support Team outright accused @SexySits of violating their rules against illegal or certain regulated goods or services. Unfortunately the link they provided did not work.

After checking the “X Rules” from the initial account suspension message for anything about “illegal or certain regulated goods”, the section of rules in question were finally revealed.

Illegal or Certain Regulated Goods or Services: You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities. This includes selling, buying, or facilitating transactions in illegal goods or services, as well as certain types of regulated goods or services. Learn more.

Simply put, none of Sexy Sits’ posts or anything depicted within the posts has ever been unlawful or in furtherance of illegal activities. Sexy Sits only posts media derived from published content, none of which has ever been removed by any of the publishers. If X stood by its claims, shouldn’t they have contacted law enforcement or some sort of regulatory body(if one takes their “regulated goods” line seriously)? Perhaps a media outlet would be interested in covering that aspect.

Sexy Sits & Scissors remains permanently suspended
